Meetings of the Claretian Family from Betica Region

Lay Claretian from Seville (Spain) called for a meeting, regarding the attempt suffered by F. Claret at Holguín (Cuba), to the local Claretian family last February 5th. It was very glad to have the chance to celebrate all the branches together (Missionary sisters, Filiation sisters, Missionary brothers and Lay Claretian) one of our main bases, the Eucharist. About sixty people attended, and we could also share the reality of each different community, the mission we share and our future plans. We also gave thanks to God for the 90 year of our lovely brother F. Julio Izquierdo, who blew the candles of the cake later. In this warm environment we shared a plenty familiar banquet. In which the food and experiences feed us to take energy and go over our dairy mission.
Also Lay Claretian and Claretian Missionaries at Tenerife met to share the Eucharist, meal and Thanksgiving. Unfortunately Claretian sisters and Filiation Cordimarian could not attend this year.
