Last Saturday February 4th Lay Claretian from Seville (Spain) called the branches of the Claretian Family to celebrate the traditional meeting regarding the festivity of the attempt suffered by Saint A. María Claret in Holguin (Cuba). He began to believe in the importance of lay people in the future of the Church after that episode, during his convalescence.
Brothers and sisters from Affiliation Cordimarian, Claretian Missionaries and Lay claretian attended the meeting. Although this time we were few (about 30 people), the feeling and presence of the Spirit was high. The reason for that number was the coincidence of the first vows of a Claretian Sister in Seville, and the General Meeting of MIssionaries the same day.
We celebrated a very warm and nice Eucharist where we shared our reality under the Gospell of the Lord, and a tea afterwards in the S.A.Mª Claret School.
